Delivering for Alaska
A record of results.
Alaska sent Nick Begich to Congress to deliver. Nine bills signed into law in his first term, breaking the modern record for any freshman member of Congress.
A Bipartisan Record
Built to Last, Not Just
to Score Points
Built Across the Aisle
Begich's legislative wins haven't come from party-line votes alone. He's built real support across the aisle, co-sponsoring and co-leading legislation with Democratic members including Rep. Seth Moulton (D-MA), Rep. Jill Tokuda (D-HI), and Rep. Jared Golden (D-ME) on the Young Fishermen's Development Act reauthorization; Rep. Gil Cisneros (D-CA) on a bipartisan NDAA amendment supporting Alaska servicemembers; and Rep. Laura Gillen (D-NY) on the Air Traffic Situational Awareness Enhancement Act.

Broad Support on the House Floor
At the same time, Begich has secured strong support within his own party, and his "Alaska First" legislation has drawn broad, bipartisan support on the House floor, generating thousands of Democratic votes in favor. This is what results look like when they're built to last: not a party-line exercise, but legislation Alaska's whole delegation, and members from both sides of the aisle, could stand behind.
